A Clean Slate + Tanks I'm Loving

I've been missing my scheduled workouts in a bad, bad way this week. I lost my cookies all over the gym bathroom one morning because of my meds and decided to take some time off from running/lifting. Honestly? I feel like CRAP.

I'm not one to want to speed up the weekend, but I'm really looking forward to a fresh start on Monday.

Clean eating.
A good 5K on the treadmill.
New workout tunes.
