In Minnesota we have some strange habits. Maybe not all of us, but a mass majority for sure.
One of them is wearing 3/4 length or long sleeve shirts. In the summer. With shorts. A sweatshirt from time to time isn't odd, either. I didn't know that people thought that was weird... Until this week.
It's not that we're cold... It's just that those pieces happen to make up over half of our wardrobe... And by the time we'd go out and invest in all those tanks? It'd be winter again and we'd be wearing chunky, thick cardigans to cover them up. We make do with what we already have, I guess!

That's normal for me...and I live in Kansas. I love sweat shirts, and the baseball style shirts. They're so cute! Maybe I should move to Minnesota, I have a feeling I would fit right in! :)

Hehe! I wore a sweatshirt to the fireworks. This really isn't weird to me. Whenever I do dress for summer, I end up freezing!
Haha I remember the first time I saw my mom wearing long-sleeves and shorts. I was like "mom, that's so weird." Now I love the look! I love that it's more common in Minnesota - definitely makes sense!
I do wear longer sleeve shirt and roll it up because it's one of my favorites. Although in PA its very normal to wear sweatshirts and shorts. Especially the guys!

I seriously loooove this outfit! And it's perfect for today when it was actually a little chilly this morning! It's certainly a nice break from all the humidity we've been having!
Love those shorts! It's only 70° here in Middle TN right now and I love it!! Shorts & a hoodie/cardigan for me. My favorites.
I definitely have that Old Navy top in 3 colors and alternate them all winter long. It's so comfy but makes you feel a tad dressier than a baggy t-shirt. :)
